We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 0.5 to 2 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibility

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline




- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders regularly
- Assist in offer roll-out and joining formalities
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Must Have

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements

Basic knowledge of HR practices and policies

Solid organizational and coordination skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
