About the Role

Zonka Feedback is hiring a Product Designer to be the go-to creative partner for our Product Marketing team. This role covers the full spectrum of visual assets a B2B SaaS product marketing function needs, from website and landing pages to launch campaigns, content marketing, and sales collateral. You'll work in collaboration with product marketers, translating positioning, messaging, and campaign briefs into on-brand visuals.

What You'll Do

- Create visual assets for product launches, feature announcements, and integrated campaigns - banners, hero images, social creatives
- Design campaign-specific visual systems that stay consistent with brand while standing out for each launch
- Design and layout landing pages and website visuals, and make basic HTML/CSS edits to implement or update them
- Support SEO/AEO content initiatives with supporting visuals
- Edit short-form videos - product walkthroughs, social clips, webinar cutdowns, customer story videos
- Build and maintain a shared asset/template library of recurring formats

What We're Looking For

- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience,



ideally within a marketing or product marketing function
- Strong command of design tools like Figma
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to make page edits and layout changes
- Experience designing across multiple formats: web, sales collateral, content, social
- Experience partnering directly with a marketing or product marketing function, understanding briefs and campaign context
- Robust sense of layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Video editing experience (Descript, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) is a plus
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a design workflow
- Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, bootstrapped B2B SaaS environment with lean teams, owning a project end-to-end with minimal hand-holding

Nice to Have

- Exposure to B2B SaaS marketing and CX/feedback-tech visuals
- Basic awareness of SEO/AEO considerations in landing page and content design
