Founding Team Head of PR, Communications & Strategic Partnerships

About the Role

FTI is seeking an exceptional communications leader who can establish the company as India's leading faith-tech platform. This role will build national visibility through media relations, thought leadership, institutional partnerships, and community engagement.

The company strategy is built around a Zero-CAC growth model where PR and community partnerships are primary acquisition engines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the national PR strategy.

Build relationships with journalists across print, television, digital and regional media.

Drive earned media coverage.

Build thought leadership for founders.

Execute product launch campaigns.

Manage crisis communications.

Develop relationships with:

Religious institutions

Faith leaders

NGOs

Community organizations

Government bodies

Lead influencer engagement.





Build award and recognition strategy.

Develop media kits, press releases and communication assets.

Represent Faith Technologies at industry events.

Required Experience

815 years in PR and Corporate Communications.

Robust national media network.

Experience launching consumer brands or digital products.

Proven success securing high-value earned media.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

Experience managing agencies.
