About the Role

As a Technical Product Analyst / CTO Office Standards Coordinator, you will support the Technical PM in developing, managing, and driving the adoption of CTO Office standards across engineering teams. This role requires experience in an AI product company and a strong understanding of how technical standards and specifications are created and utilized by engineering organizations.

You will be responsible for drafting technical standards, maintaining the standards repository, tracking implementation progress,



and supporting strategic technical documentation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft CTO Office specifications, standards, and technical documentation for review by Technical Product Managers.
- Maintain and manage the standards library, including version control, tagging, and accessibility across teams.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to monitor standards adoption and identify implementation gaps.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up documentation for standards forums.
- Maintain roadmap trackers for upcoming standards, implementation status, and adoption milestones.
- Support the development of technical narratives and documentation for capital-raise and investor initiatives.

Must-Have

- Experience working in an AI product company where you contributed to or authored technical specifications used by engineering teams.
- Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams in a Technical PM, Product Analyst, or similar technical role.
- Proven experience creating technical documentation that engineers and architects use for implementation.
- Ability to independently understand and interpret:
- API specifications
- Architecture diagrams
- Deployment documentation





- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Writing, or a related role within a product company.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing developer documentation or internal technical knowledge bases/wikis.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and terminology, including:
- Model serving
- Inference
- Guardrails
- Deployment pipelines

- Hands-on experience with OpenAPI or similar specification frameworks.
