About the Role

As a Program Coordinator CTO Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) and ensuring the smooth execution of CTO Office initiatives across multiple engineering teams.

This role requires exceptional coordination, organizational, and communication skills to maintain delivery governance, track progress, manage deliverables, and drive action-item closure. The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment where AI-driven products and machine learning solutions are delivered to production customers and understands the speed, complexity, and accountability associated with such ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage the CTO Office delivery tracker,



ensuring accurate status updates, blocker tracking, and risk identification for leadership review.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings across engineering teams and manage all meeting logistics.
- Maintain and organize the artifact repository, ensuring documentation remains version-controlled, accessible, and up to date.
- Track action items arising from CTO Office meetings and drive timely closure by collaborating with owners and stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly program status reports and monthly delivery summaries for leadership teams.
- Manage CTO Office calendars, including cross-team alignment meetings, review sessions, and executive reporting schedules.
- Support delivery governance activities by ensuring visibility into dependencies, risks, milestones, and execution progress.

Required Skills

Candidates missing any of the following requirements will not be considered:

- Experience working in an AI product organization where AI models or machine learning features were successfully deployed to production customers.
- Proven experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience maintaining project delivery trackers, program dashboards, or team-level delivery boards.




- Robust written communication skills with experience preparing concise and executive-friendly status reports.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, or technical project support within a product-based organization.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with AI/ML development concepts and terminology, including:
- Model releases
- Inference pipelines
- AI guardrails
- Production deployment workflows

- Experience supporting a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Engineering Manager, or technology leader in a fast-paced product environment.
- Understanding of Agile delivery practices and cross-functional program execution.
