Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Source candidates for blue-collar, white-collar, and technical/engineering roles(production, quality,

maintenance, safety, etc.)

- Manage bulk / volume hiring for plant operations and manufacturing units
- Coordinate with department heads and plant managers to understand manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and vacancy pipelines
- Utilize job portals (Naukri,LinkedIn), consultants, and employee referrals for sourcing
- Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer-to-joining formalities
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements during hiring (PF,ESIC, labourlaws)
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus / walk-in drives as needed

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in HR or related field

- 3 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in steel, manufacturing, or core industrial sectors
- Solid understanding of manufacturing plant hiring (technical+non-technical roles)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
