Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will undergo structured training to develop strong analytical skillsfrom understanding business requirements and performing data exploration to generating meaningful insights and preparing reports.

Upon successful evaluation, you will transition into a full time role as part of the delivery team, contributing to real-world client projects and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Experience:

1-2 years of exp in Data Analysis

Required Skills:

- Bachelors degree in science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any Engineering etc.
- Proficient in Excel, Python, SQL, and other programming languages
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with multiple cross- functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Translate business problems/questions into data problems/questions,



then analyze the data to extract the answers/insights
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify the story behind data, interesting trends, data relationships that add value to business
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide insights and reports
- Retrieve data from variety of sources (like database, excel, API) and process them to derive quality data
- Construct and execute SQL queries to be used in data analysis activities
- Ability to work with and collaborate across the team and work effectively with others to identify the impact on the company's business processes, other applications, network, etc.
- Ability to work effectively with others who are in remote locations and varying time zones.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in project teams
- Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
