Owns schedule and progress control for the assignment. Develops the detailed construction programme in consultation with the Project Manager and keeps the project measured against baseline throughout execution.
- Develop the detailed construction schedule in consultation with the Project Manager.
- Track daily and weekly progress against baseline; analyse variances and forecast completion.
- Prepare and maintain look-ahead schedules (weekly/monthly).
- Flag critical-path delays and support recovery planning.
- Coordinate and integrate individual contractor schedules into the master programme.
- Support the owner with progress reporting dashboards and analytics.
- Contribute to monthly progress reports covering physical/financial progress, delays and remedial actions.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Expert in Primavera P6 (and/or MS Project); solid in earned value and S-curve analysis.
- Ability to integrate multi-discipline contractor programmes.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, strong reporting and data-visualization skills.
