About the Role

As Senior Program Manager (LiveDeals), you will own the end-to-end execution of Tracxns Secondary and M&A; programs. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused leadership role responsible for driving operational rigor, process excellence, automation, and measurable business outcomes.

You will translate strategy into structured execution plans, eliminate bottlenecks, build scalable systems, and ensure high-quality deal delivery while balancing speed, accuracy, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Execution:

- Own end-to-end execution of Secondary and M&A; programs from deal intake to closure support — ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Translate strategic objectives into structured execution plans with clear milestones, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across sourcing, diligence, coordination, and closure while balancing speed, accuracy, and stakeholder expectations.

Operational Excellence & Process Ownership:

- Design, document, and continuously refine SOPs for Secondary and M&A; workflows to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Drive strong compliance with defined processes while improving efficiency, quality, and risk control.
- Standardize deal documentation, communication, and reporting to reduce friction and execution risk in complex transactions.

Automation, Tools & Efficiency:

- Lead automation initiatives across deal tracking, reporting, and follow-ups to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Partner with tech/automation teams to convert repetitive or error-prone workflows into scalable systems.
- Ensure strong adoption and measurable productivity gains from automation initiatives.

Performance Tracking & Business Impact:





- Define and track KPIs across deal velocity, conversion rates, turnaround time, quality, and compliance.
- Build and own MIS dashboards and structured reporting for leadership visibility and decision-making.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for performance gaps, escalate risks proactively, and implement sustainable fixes

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination:

- Lead and develop a focused team driving Secondary and M&A; execution with clear expectations and outcome ownership.
- Coach team members on judgment, quality, and execution rigor through structured reviews and feedback.
- Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams, founders, investors, advisors, and leadership — providing clear updates and actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

- 5-8 years of experience in investment operations, transaction execution, VC/PE, investment banking, or program management roles.
- Solid program management capability — ability to drive structured execution across complex workflows.
- Operational excellence mindset — proven experience building SOPs, dashboards, and scalable systems.
- Automation-first thinking — ability to convert manual processes into tech-enabled workflows.
- Data-driven decision-making — comfort with KPIs, performance tracking, and root-cause analysis.
- Leadership experience managing high-ownership teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
