- Handle customer queries through voice/chat/email support.
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Update customer information in the system after every interaction.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
