Full Stack Engineer

Angular + Java / Kotlin

About the role:

A clinical oncology platform that helps oncologists, labs, and payers make evidence-based molecular testing and treatment decisions. It is the clinically curated foundation that our next-generation AI platform is built on. As a Full Stack Engineer you will build and improve the features that clinicians and lab partners rely on every day, working across an Angular frontend and a Java and Kotlin backend.

What you will own

- Frontend. Build and maintain responsive Angular and TypeScript interfaces that make complex clinical and molecular data transparent and easy to act on.
- Backend. Design and maintain services and well-structured, secure RESTful APIs in Java and Kotlin, typically on Spring.
- Feature ownership. Take features from refinement through design, implementation, testing, and release, working closely with product and clinical stakeholders.
- Quality and craft. Write clean, well-tested code (unit and integration tests), take part in code review, and apply sound engineering best practices across the stack.
- Data and integrations. Work with relational data and with partner and third-party integrations that move clinical and molecular information reliably.

Who you are

- Full-stack experience:



4+ years building and shipping production web applications, at a mid to senior level.
- Frontend: Strong Angular and TypeScript skills, with an eye for usable, data-dense interfaces.
- Backend: Solid Java and/or Kotlin experience, ideally with Spring, building RESTful APIs and services.
- Engineering best practices: Familiarity with or hands-on experience in clean code, automated testing, code review, and RESTful API design.
- Data fluency: Comfortable with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and handling structured clinical data.
- Collaboration: Able to work through ambiguity with product and clinical partners and deliver with limited oversight.

Nice to have

- Healthcare or clinical software experience, or familiarity with oncology, laboratory, or molecular data.
- Exposure to AWS or another cloud platform and to CI/CD pipelines.
- Interest in or exposure to our next-generation stack (GCP, React, and AI / LLM-driven features). Strong engineers will have the opportunity to contribute to the new Oncologic platform, so these skills are a plus.
