• Perform advanced vibration data collection and analysis on rotating and reciprocating equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, gearboxes, turbines, crushers, and mills.

• Diagnose complex machinery faults including unbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing and gear failures, resonance, structural defects, and process-induced vibration.

• Analyze FFT, time waveform, phase, orbit, envelope/demodulation, and trend data for fault identification and severity assessment.

• Design, implement, and optimize CBM vibration monitoring programs (route-based and online systems).

• Prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports with clear fault descriptions, severity grading, and actionable maintenance recommendations.





• Validate maintenance actions through post-repair and acceptance vibration measurements.

• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for repetitive or major equipment failures.

• Support commissioning and baseline vibration studies for recent or overhauled machinery.

• Mentor, guide, and technically review the work of junior vibration analysts.

• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams to implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, site procedures, and ISO/ASTM guidelines.
