Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation and cooking of dishes as per standard recipes
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Handle chopping, marination, plating, and basic cooking activities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support chefs and coordinate with kitchen operations
- Monitor stock levels and proper storage of food items
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies

- Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred
- 12 years of kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive teamwork and communication skills
