Key Requirements

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS V11.x 14.x) implementation.

- Strong experience in Core Banking Implementation and Core Banking Transformation projects.

- Expertise in Product Walkthrough (PWT), Scope Study, Gap Analysis, Product Parameterization, UAT, Business Simulation, and Production Rollout.

- Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing BRD, SRS, Functional Specifications, and Test Plans.

- Strong knowledge of Core Banking Operations, including General Ledger, Loans, Teller, Payments, and Trade Finance.

- Experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in the Core Banking domain.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and design functional solutions.

- Robust understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience in issue triaging, defect management,



root cause analysis, and production support.

- Ability to lead onsite/offshore teams and collaborate with business users, vendors, and development teams.

- Experience in user training, stakeholder management, and implementation support.

- Knowledge of manual testing for banking applications is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
