* Resolve product- and pricing-related queries from the Sales team in a timely manner.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all product management activities.

* Conduct bi-weekly reviews of warehouse stock availability and recommend replenishment where required.





* Revise retail and wholesale prices whenever there are changes in supplier pricing, currency exchange rates, or market competition.

* Monitor supplier price increases and prepare reports for management review.
