About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern or Junior Recruiter with 0-3 months of experience (or freshers interested in US recruitment). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the US staffing and recruitment process while working with an experienced and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Post job openings on various platforms and maintain job listings




- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Support the recruitment team with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Learn and follow US recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices

Qualifications

- Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline)
- 0-3 months of experience in recruitment or strong interest in US staffing
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
