Finance Lead 5+ Years – Gurugram

We are looking for a Finance Lead to manage end-to-end finance activities, including statutory and regulatory reporting, direct and indirect taxation, financial planning, internal financial controls, and finance operations. Responsibilities –

- Manage monthly management reporting, quarterly regulatory reporting, board reporting, and annual statutory financial statements.
- Lead statutory audits and ensure timely compliance with all financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Manage Direct & Indirect Tax compliances, including Income Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, tax assessments, notices, and GST refund processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
- Develop financial insights to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Design, implement, and monitor Internal Financial Controls (IFC) to strengthen governance and compliance.
- Ensure effectiveness of finance processes through continuous control monitoring and process improvements.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP),



Accounts Receivable (AR), cash management, and working capital.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations while maintaining high standards of compliance and financial accuracy.

Requirements –

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; however, exceptional candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- 5–8 years of experience managing finance functions in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar multinational environment with approximately 200–500 employees.
- Strong hands-on experience in Financial, Statutory, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxation, including Income Tax, GST, GST refunds, and Transfer Pricing.
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), including Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
- Strong understanding of Finance Operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management.
- Experience in managing statutory audits, financial compliances, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry will be an added advantage.
