About the Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves social media -- not as a job requirement, but as a way of seeing the world. Someone who instinctively knows why a video makes you stop scrolling, why a caption makes you smile, and why some brands just feel special online while others don't.

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice and visual soul of our watch brand across every platform. You'll take an idea from a spark in a brainstorm to a Reel people can't help but share.

This isn't about filling a content calendar. It's about building a relationship between our brand and the people who follow it.
What You'll Do
Think
Spend time understanding people -- what they're drawn to, what they're tired of, what makes them care. Use that to shape monthly content strategies that feel true to who we are. Keep an eye on trends and competitors, not to copy them, but to know where the conversation is headed. Bring fresh ideas to the table for campaigns, launches, collaborations, and the moments worth celebrating.
Create
This is where you get to make things.

Conceptualise and script content that feels alive. Plan and direct shoots. Get behind the camera yourself --shoot and edit videos and photos that feel premium and unmistakably ours. Write captions that sound like a person, not a brand.



Work Closely with Designers, Photographers, videographers and influencers to bring ideas to life together, not in isolation.
Improve
Publish thoughtfully, then pay attention. Watch how people respond -- what they engage with, what they scroll past, and what surprises you. Use that honesty to sharpen the next idea. Treat every post as a small experiment in understanding people a little better.

Track performance across platforms, analyse engagement and audience behaviour, and use those insights to improve future content. Keep testing, learning, and refining until every campaign performs better than the last.

- Working Days - Monday - Saturday
- Timings - 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Travel Support - Company covers direct rickshaw fare between station and office (both ways)
