About the Opportunity:

Amphenol FCI Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced professionals to join its Cable Over Moulding division. We are seeking candidates with strong hands-on expertise in Cable Over Moulding and Injection Moulding within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in production management, process development, quality improvement, continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise Cable Over Moulding production activities.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and machine utilization.
- Optimize processes to reduce cycle time, process scrap, customer PPM, and production losses.
- Troubleshoot Cable Over Moulding and Injection Moulding process issues.
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Coordinate mould development, trials, validations, and production approvals.
- Participate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Collaborate with Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams.
- Prepare and maintain PFMEA, Process Validation Reports, SOPs, Work Instructions, and related documentation.
- Train operators and support skill development initiatives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement projects.




- Implement cost reduction initiatives through process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, productivity, quality, machine utilization, labour efficiency, and customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Eligibility:

Cable Over Moulding Manager

- Experience: 12+ Years
- Qualification: Post Diploma in Plastic Processing Technology / Diploma / Mechanical Engineering
- Strong experience in production management, process optimization, operational excellence, and team leadership.

Cable Over Moulding Supervisor

- Experience: 5+ Years
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Plastic Technology
- Experience in shift production, manpower planning, operator supervision, and production monitoring.

Cable Over Moulding Process Engineer

- Experience: 5+ Years
- Qualification: BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Cable Over Moulding process development, mould validation, DFM, and New Product Introduction.
- Injection Moulding experience is mandatory.
- LSR process experience will be an added advantage.
