Core Responsibilities

- Out Patient & In-Patient services.
- Provide Urology consultation to patients and review their histories.
- Treat urologic disorders using alternatives to traditional surgery such as extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, laparoscopy and laser techniques.
- Treat lower urinary tract dysfunctions using different equipment such as diathermy machines, catheters, cystoscopies and radium emanation tubes
- To ensure that all the patients are receiving appropriate Medical care.
- Conduct routine check-up appointments and maintain follow-ups throughout patients care.
- To keep up-breast with the latest technology and innovations in the respective field.
- Perform abdominal, pelvic or retroperitoneal surgeries.
- Diagnose or treat diseases or disorders of genitourinary organs and tracts including erectile dysfunction(ED), infertility, incontinence, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, urethral stones, or premature ejaculation.




- Develops and documents an initial plan of care, modifies daily plan of care, and writes daily progress notes.
- Follows Hospital policies at all times and seeks and provides inputs, as and when required.
- To participate in review & planning activities relevant to the departmental services at the hospital.
- Actively participate in presentations of CMEs and Journal clubs.
- Supervise direct patient care of mid-levels and other team members involved in the diagnosis and treatment.

Patients according to quality standards (NABH).

- Manage and maintain all Urology patients database and developing best practical protocol for patients perks
- Teaching and supervising junior doctors and medical students;
