Role & responsibilities

- Project Leadership
- Manage end-to-end BIM projects right from pre-sales meetings, requirements management, documentation, team setup to delivery across architecture, MEP, PHE, and landscape domains.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, codes, and project timelines aligned to company parameters.
- Oversee coordination across stakeholders.

- Techno-Commercial Engagement

- Identify and secure new client projects by leveraging prior professional relationships with an open eye on trending opportunities.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, requirement reconfirmations, MSAs, and SOWs aligned with client requirements.
- Drive profitability through resource optimization and workflow efficiency.

- Team Development

- Train and mentor BIM engineers, nurturing trust, technical excellence and career growth.
- Develop structured scorecards, reporting templates, and performance metrics.
- Build a culture of smart work, innovation and continuous improvement within the BIM team.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Establish and manage vendor partnerships for software, hardware, and outsourced services.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor compliance with project standards.




- Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Proven track record in BIM project management across multiple domains.
- Strong techno-commercial orientation with experience in client acquisition and proposal drafting.
- Expertise in workflow optimization, compliance, and rapid deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in BIM tools (Autodesk suite - Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, civid3D, Dynamo, Archicad, bluebim, Bentley suite - MicroStation, Synchro etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skillscapable of creating visual infographics, pitch decks, and blueprints for client-facing solutions.
- Experience in training and mentoring engineers and managing vendor ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and develop new opportunities.
