Primary role:

As a Technical Architect you will be driving the technical design of our suite of products. As a strong technical leader, you will lead development activities always ensuring the highest quality, clean-code outcome. Youll be focused on continuously pushing the product to support complex scalability and performance requirements by implementing key framework enhancements.

What you'll do:

• Solve complex development problems and produce the highest quality code while striving to push technical boundaries • Maintain technical design documentation, communicating architectural and design changes to development teams • Conduct regular design and code reviews, establishing and publishing quality and performance metrics • Manage and foster a team-oriented environment, providing technical oversight to team members

Basic qualifications:

• Solid Communication Skills • Solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development • 10+ years of professional experience on .NET • Experience working with ASP.NET MVC,



Entity Framework, LINQ, NoSQL, Message Queue, and building Reusable Libraries • Excellent C# Coding skills (should be hands on) • Experience leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AI pair programmers) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and reduce time-to-market • Should also possess database skills (preferably SQL Server) to design new or alter existing table structures to satisfy specifications and requirements • Exposure in building web-based applications • Data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving and project management • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Working experience with Agile methodologies would be useful • Should have worked on a complex enterprise business application in a product-based IT company and/or banking and financial services company
