Job Responsibility:

- Develop daily production plan
- Coordinate with customers to understand their need and ensure production plan accordingly
- Ensure availability of sufficient stock of raw material
- Ensure availability of sufficient stock of finished goods
- Coordinate among wet and dry plant team for production planning
- Ensure inventory of consumables, spares, etc. for smooth operation
- Ensure timely maintenance of plant equipments
- Ensure upkeeping of all vehicles (Loaders, JCB, Eicher, two wheelers etc.)
- Work with lab person to ensure sufficient lab test are done during production and before dispatch
- Coordinate with transporters for raw sand transport and dispatch
- Ensure availability of sufficient manpower for both the plants and supporting staff
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service




- Lead and encourage employees to maximize performance and dedication.
- Drive improvement projects and initiatives
- Ensure overall plant operations to achieve organization objectives and goals

Skills:-

- Lead from front to lead the entire team to achieve organization goals
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Good communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Education in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Fluency in computer operating system
- Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation, accounting, automobile etc.
- Forward looking person with ability to drive success within team

Must have worked in an manufacturing plant and managed overall operations preferably in an mineral, chemical or engineering based company.
