Job Title: Billing Engineer - Bengaluru

Role Overview: We are seeking detail-oriented Civil Engineering candidates for the role of Billing Engineer, responsible for managing billing, site coordination and certification of bills and financial tracking of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing billing activities for clients and subcontractors

- Quantity Take Off and drawing study.
- Co-rodination with site Enginner for BBS and compiling the same for client / SC bills
- Complete billing cycle for SC - MB verification, ensuring monthly billing,
- Material & billed qty to paid qty reconciliation
- Client billing - preparation, submission to certification in accordance with contract
- Contract Management - preparing contractual letters, etc.
- Extra Items Identification & Rate Analysis for client
- Able to perform Rate Analysis & finalise subcontractors for site.
- Prepare RA Bills & Final Bills
- Verify contractor bills
- BOQ & quantity reconciliation




- Billing coordination with clients, consultants & site team
- Maintain billing records and MIS

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Bachelors in civil engineering (Mandatory)
- Skills & Competencies:

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Result-oriented with robust follow-up and coordination skills
