We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (MEP) to handle day-to-day maintenance and ensure our properties are secure, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Electrical, Plumbing, and basic Mechanical/HVAC maintenance.
- Attend and close maintenance tickets within the given TAT.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues such as wiring, lighting, leakages, drainage, pumps, etc.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
- Handle basic DG, appliance, and minor repair activities.
- Maintain proper records of tools, materials, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors when issues require external support.
- Respond to resident complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure common areas and property systems remain safe and functional.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP, facility maintenance, or property maintenance.
- Strong skills in Electrical / Plumbing / Mechanical maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC is an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple maintenance requests and work under pressure.
- Good communication and professional behavior.
