We are hiring a Senior Academic Counsellor for our MG Road, Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in academic counselling, along with strong knowledge of UG/PG admissions, entrance exams and counselling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on suitable academic programs and career paths
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process end-to-end
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
- Achieve individual and team admission targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors to ensure performance goals are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in academic counselling or a related field
- Sound understanding of UG/PG admission processes and entrance exams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Assamese, or Bengali in addition to English will be preferred
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Sunday fixed off
Compensation:
Salary: 40,000 to 45,000 per month
