Role & responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for Manufacturing functions including Production, Quality, PPC, Procurement, Logistics, Dispatch, Warehouse, Maintenance and Facilities across Dhaturi (Sonipat) and Delhi plants
- Develop and execute integrated manufacturing and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, capacity plans and demand forecasts
- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials
- Drive robust Production Planning & Control (PPC) covering demand planning, MRP, scheduling and inventory optimization
- Lead supply chain operations including sourcing, vendor development, inbound logistics and cost optimization
- Ensure material availability aligned with production plans while maintaining optimum inventory levels
- Ensure world-class product quality by strengthening systems, processes, audits, CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee dispatch and outbound logistics to ensure OTIF (On-Time-In-Full)

- Lead warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, FIFO, traceability, space optimization and material flow
- Ensure high equipment availability through preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance systems
- Manage facility operations including utilities, infrastructure upkeep, statutory compliances and energy management
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) manufacturing and supply chain readiness, industrialization, trials and ramp-up
- Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, lean manufacturing, TPM and Kaizen initiatives across plants
- Collaborate with R&D;, Sales, Finance and Marketing for integrated business execution
- Build, mentor and lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing and Supply Chain with a solid performance-driven culture
