Project Management Analyst / PMO Support - Aerospace Domain
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Project Management Analyst / PMO Support Professional to support project planning, reporting, performance tracking, and digital transformation initiatives within the aerospace engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for project performance monitoring.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities using Planisware E7 or equivalent project planning tools.
- Monitor and report project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts for project health assessment.
- Perform data analysis and generate management reports using Power BI, Excel, and Google Suite tools.
- Support digitalization and innovation initiatives leveraging Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Gemini.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Prepare presentations,
reports, and executive dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience in PMO, project controls, project planning, or project management support.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Aerospace/Aviation/Engineering Services domain preferred.
