Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month (Depending on Knowledge & Experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform final inspection of finished brass components before dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports accurately.
- Use quality inspection instruments and gauges effectively.
- Verify product dimensions and quality as per customer drawings and specifications.
- Identify quality issues and report non-conformities to the concerned department.
- Ensure all inspected products meet company and customer quality standards.
- Maintain inspection records and support quality documentation.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in final quality inspection within the Brass Manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of inspection reporting and quality documentation.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and gauges such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Thread Gauges, Plug Gauges, Ring Gauges, and Dial Indicator.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret product specifications.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining inspection records.
Eligibility

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Final Quality Control.
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
