We are looking for an experienced Plant HR Executive to join our Sagar Plant. We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing plant setting who can independently manage end-to-end plant HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Attendance, shift & leave management
- Payroll coordination
- PF, ESI, LWF & statutory compliance
- Contractor manpower management
- Training & employee engagement
- HRMS/HR One updates
- Exit formalities & Full & Final settlement
- HR documentation and MIS reporting
- Manage contractor labor, verify contractor and canteen bills, and maintain related records.
Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field
- 35 years of Plant HR experience in a manufacturing company
