Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth shifts and efficient service.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance on tasks and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the establishment.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., kitchen, front desk) to ensure seamless communication.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management.
- Strong knowledge of BHM (Beverage & Hospitality Management) principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in catering, captaining, cafe/coffee/guest service/hotel/ihm/pizza/qsr/restaurant/shift management.
