- Acquire current bank customers for current accounts, saving accounts & term deposits by ensuring a high-class service experience.
- Manage customer on-boarding & relationship for 6 months. Ensure that the accounts acquired are active (We shall have to define an Active account).
- Cross-sell other products of the bank.
- Conduct promotional activities in the branch catchment to promote the bank brand.
Ensure complete adherence to KYC & other internal guidelines. Role & responsibilities
