The will be the functional expert in BFSI segment and he/she will be the sole point of contact between the business unit and Information Technologys Application Development team and Vendors.

Mandatory have experience with Finnone application.

Person hired will be responsible for following activities:

IT Enhancements:

- Discussing the process related and IT applications related requirements with business users. Generate creative Ideas.
- Discussing business pain areas and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
- Reviewing Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, Test cases etc.
- Discussing the requirement with internal IT team & Application vendors.
- Coordinating and helping the business users in UAT

Systems Support:

- Resolving system level queries of application users.
- In case of system issue/ bug,



discuss the same with internal IT team and application vendor.
- SLA and ticket tracking and bringing to closer along with IT team and vendor.
- Ability to manage team, multiple applications in various platforms.
- Decision making ability in crunch situation.
- Testing the bug resolving patches.
- Understanding client data related requirements and helping them with the existing system reports.
- Ability to spool complex reports from the system.
- Preparing and publishing periodic reports.
- Maintain system availability up to 99.98 %
- Aware of change management cycle
- Aware of vendor management, effort negotiation, requirement closure etc.
- Ready to work in 24*7 environments.
- Fulfilling Managements / Auditor’s / Regulator’s etc data or report requirements.
