Job Objective:

To oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of HVAC/MEPF projects, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and cost-effective project delivery. The role involves site supervision, contractor coordination, technical review, and project documentation for effective execution of mechanical systems.

Position type -on contract for a period 3 years from the date of joining, extendable based on organization needs and candidates performance.

Pay Band:

- In the pay-scale of Rs.29,200-92,300 as per 7th CPC

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEPF projects with experience in chillers, cooling tower, pumping systems and piping network.

Role Descriptions

Candidate should have BE/B. Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in HVAC/MEPF projects with experience in chillers, cooling tower, pumping systems and piping network.

The detailed job description is as under:

- Prepare project estimation & contractor's scope of work.
- Monitoring site works in compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification




- Daily site supervision and coordination with contractor for site coordination, manpower engagement, material inspection, site progress review etc.
- Review of shop drawings, material data sheets, welding procedure specification, factory test/acceptance reports.
- Monitor project budgets, schedule, perform critical path analysis and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
- Review and certify contractor's measurement sheets & billing related work.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments for onsite execution.
- Maintain project related documents, material data sheet records, testing and commissioning reports, contractual communications, information for reporting to management etc.
- Monitoring all site safety requirements

Skills Required:

- Software Competency: Auto Cad, MS Office, MS Projects.
- Behavioural Competency: Team Player, interpersonal skill, Co-ordination with peer departments, Strong writing communication skills.
