Industry: Engineering Consultancy / Building Design
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary Building Design Projects from concept to construction documentation. The role involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, client relationships, and cross-functional design teams while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in Building Design Consultancy
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- Mandatory experience managing GCC/Middle East Building Projects
- Solid expertise in project planning, cost & schedule management, multidisciplinary coordination, risk management, and stakeholder/client management
- Experience in tender support, contract administration, and design quality management
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
