Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and technically sound Technical Software Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students and professionals in engineering design software. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct practical, industry-oriented training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on engineering design software relevant to the candidate's domain (Civil/Electrical).
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and project-based learning activities.
- Assess students' performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Resolve technical queries and provide continuous learning support to students.
- Ensure timely completion of training batches as per the curriculum.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Keep course content updated with current industry trends and software advancements.
- Guide students in developing technical projects and improving job readiness.




- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to support student success.
- Maintain discipline and ensure an engaging classroom environment.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Engineering Design/CAD Software.
- Good understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Classroom and practical training experience.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Good interpersonal, mentoring, and student-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

Candidates should have expertise in one or more engineering software relevant to their domain, such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, EPLAN, PLC/SCADA, or similar engineering applications.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior training or teaching experience will be preferred.
