We are looking for Software Lead Engineer TCMS_CR Project Youll make a difference by

As a Software Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the overall TCMS software development activities for a complete Commuter Rail (CR) project. Your tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

Lead overall TCMS software development activities for a complete CR project.
Coordinate software development activities across multiple TCMS subsystems and functions.
Define software architecture, software interfaces, and integration concepts for vehicle-level applications.
Lead requirement analysis, software design, implementation, verification, and validation activities following the V-model approach.
Ensure development of software components in alignment with safety-relevant software system guidelines.
Drive development of RArS, SWrS, interface specifications, software architecture, and software test specifications.




Coordinate with system engineers, software developers, testers, integrators, and project stakeholders for successful project execution.
Support software integration, issue analysis, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues.
Monitor software quality, project schedules, technical risks, and deliverables.
Conduct technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to software development teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable railway standards, cybersecurity, and safety requirements. Desired Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or relevant engineering stream with 10+ years of relevant rolling stock experience.
Solid experience in TCMS software development and train control systems.
Hands-on experience in leading complete software development activities for rolling stock or commuter rail projects.
Strong understanding of software architecture, requirement engineering, software lifecycle, and V-model development process.
Hands-on experience in development of RArS, SWrS, software architecture, interface specifications, and software test specifications.
Experience in working with TRDP, MVB, WTB, Ethernet, and onboard communication protocols.
Good understanding of standards such as IEC 50128, IEC 61131, IEC 61375, EN 50657, etc.
Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills complete your profile.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project goals.
