Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Leasing professional to lead leasing activities for commercial real estate assets in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leasing office spaces, business parks, retail, and mixed-use developments, with solid relationships across corporate occupiers, IPCs, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients, MNCs, GCCs, startups, and retail brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IPCs, leasing consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct client presentations, property tours, and commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, expansions, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Projects, Marketing, and Facility teams for smooth lease execution and tenant handover.
- Track market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Prepare leasing MIS, occupancy reports,



revenue forecasts, and management presentations.
- Ensure timely execution of lease documentation, collections, and compliance.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
