Job Title: Purchase Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Responsibilities

- Purchase of construction materials
- Identify and source vendors/suppliers for construction materials
- Obtain, compare and evaluate quotations
- Get price approvals from management
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
- Follow up on deliveries and material dispatch
- Maintain purchase records and documentation
- Handle general office and clerical work related to purchase

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase
- Experience in any purchase field is acceptable (except IT/software)
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation
- Must be from Salem or willing to work in Salem

Preferred

- Experience in purchase of construction materials
