Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support Oracle Agile PLM solutions across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Develop and maintain Agile PLM customizations using Agile SDK, Process Extensions (PX), Event Subscribers, and Java-based components.
- Configure and support Agile PLM modules including Product Collaboration (PC), Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C;), Product Quality Management (PQM), and Product Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Design and implement integrations between Agile PLM and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, and third-party applications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support Engineering Change Management processes including ECO, MCO, SCO, and workflow automation.
- Perform system troubleshooting, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, deployment planning, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, quality processes, security guidelines, and best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience in Agile PLM upgrades, migrations, and global rollout programs is preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud PLM and coexistence/migration strategies from Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM is an added advantage.
- Experience in Manufacturing,



Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, High-Tech, or Industrial Equipment industries preferred.
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks is desirable.
- Oracle Agile PLM certification and Java certifications will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in global delivery and client-facing environments.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
- 512 years of total IT experience with 38+ years of hands-on Oracle Agile PLM technical experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle Agile PLM modules: Product Collaboration (PC), Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C;), Product Quality Management (PQM), Product Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Hands-on expertise in: Agile SDK, Process Extensions (PX), Event Framework, Java/J2EE Development, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, SQL/PLSQL.
- Strong understanding of Agile PLM business objects: Items, BOM/Structures, AML/Manufacturers, Changes (ECO, MCO, SCO), Quality and Compliance objects.
- Experience integrating Agile PLM with SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications.
- Robust knowledge of Agile PLM workflows, security, administration, and lifecycle management.
- Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git/SVN and deployment processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
