About the Role

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic HR Recruiters to join our team. Freshers who are passionate about recruitment and experienced recruiters with BPO hiring experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Eligibility

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.




- Experienced recruiters can also apply.
- Experience in hiring for BPO companies such as Accenture, Concentrix, and similar organizations will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
