Job Role: Agency Channel Sales

Job Locations:

Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar & Sangamner

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, develop, and manage insurance advisors/agents.

Drive health insurance sales through the Agency Channel.

Achieve business targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

Conduct training and motivate advisors to improve performance.

Ensure high-quality customer service and policy persistency.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.





Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, or Financial Sales.

Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.

Target-oriented with a passion for business development.
