Job Details
- Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
- Shift: US Night Shift (Rotational)
- Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday
- Salary:
- Freshers: 21,000/month
- Experienced: Up to 26,000/month
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide exceptional support.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, and account-related concerns.
- Deliver accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Update customer interactions and case details in CRM systems.
- Meet quality standards and performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates with International Voice Process experience are preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Solid customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift (Rotational).
