Manage and support enterprise-scale Load Balancer Infrastructure

Administer and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP and A10 Thunder ADC

Support highly available Application Delivery services across global environments

Diagnose and resolve complex Layer 4 / Layer 7 networking issues

Work on

Routing

Application Delivery

Perform fault isolation, outage management, and root cause analysis

Handle L2/L3 production incidents in mission-critical environments

Build automation scripts to improve operational efficiency

Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures

Collaborate with global engineering teams in a Follow-the-Sun support model

Participate in infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives

3 to 7 years of Network Engineering experience

Strong expertise in F5 BIG-IP

Hands-on experience with A10 Thunder

Excellent understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP & DNS
