Main Responsibilities, Authorities, Accountabilities
- To ensure inward of valuable quality RM.
- To Test incoming RM as per approved QAP in order to ensure inward of material as per required specification.
- To Monitor process and report if any deviation observed.
- Basic Knowledge of IMS
- Basic Knowledge of 5s Safety
Requirements, Skills Competencies
- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech. / B. Sc. / M. Sc. / Plastic - Engineer / Polymer / Chemistry
- Technical Knowledge regarding machines / Composition of products / Operation Knowledge
- Minimum 01-03 years of experience
Main Accountabilities
- Monitoring quality of incoming RM as per approval QAP report
- To test incoming RM within stipulated time fame (24 Hrs)
- Test Report incoming RM FG
- To Ensure product quality report
- To test finished product as per established QAP
- Communication with respective department regarding quality status of RM FG
- Monitoring process parameters
