About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager / Assistant Manager to lead human resource and administrative functions at our manufacturing plant in Hapur. The role requires a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee plant administration while fostering a positive and disciplined work environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
- Handle manpower planning and recruitment for plant workforce (workers and staff)
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, Factory Act, etc.)
- Maintain discipline and effectively address employee grievances
- Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and systems at the plant level
- Partner with management on performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee contract labour management and ensure vendor compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation

Shop Floor Orientation

• Spends most of the day on the shop floor.





• Conducts 3-4 plant rounds daily.

• Identifies issues proactively.

Admin Responsibilities

- Oversee plant security operations and ensure proper deployment and monitoring
- Manage hostel facilities, including accommodation, hygiene, and discipline
- Supervise canteen operations to ensure quality, hygiene, and timely service
- Ensure upkeep of plant premises including gardening and overall cleanliness
- Monitor and enforce safety practices and compliance across the plant
- Maintain overall discipline and adherence to company policies within the premises

Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
- 5-8 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setting
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and plant administration
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and attendance systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workforce and plant administration effectively
