The ideal candidate will bring 2 3 years of hands on AI implementation experience, with proven expertise in AI system design, architecture, and deployment. Prior exposure to Life Sciences or Pharma projects is highly preferred. This role requires the ability to collaborate with clients understand business cases and lead AI initiatives from concept to production. They should be able to mentor the team

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and design AI solutions tailored to Bioinformatics and Pharma use cases.

- Lead AI initiatives from conceptualization to production deployment, ensuring scalability and compliance.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams and engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.

- Drive innovation by integrating LLMs and advanced machine learning frameworks into enterprise workflows.

- Provide technical leadership,



mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

- Ensure solutions meet industry standards for data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.

Role Requirements

- 10 - 15 years of overall experience

- 2 3 years of hands-on AI implementation experience

- Strong background in AI system design, architecture, and deployment

- Prior experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma domain (preferred)

- Ability to lead AI initiatives from concept to production

- Work with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn

- Work with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA)
