Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain practical experience in production, quality, maintenance, process improvement, and manufacturing operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in structured training programs across manufacturing functions.
- Assist in day-to-day production and shop-floor operations.
- Monitor production processes and support achievement of daily production targets.
- Learn manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Support production planning, process monitoring, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing,



and TPM activities.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare daily production and process reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Follow all quality, safety, and company procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Positive understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2025 & 2026 pass-outs are preferred.

Experience

- Freshers are eligible to apply.
