About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Client Relations Business Development to lead strategic partnerships, client engagement, program execution, and business growth initiatives. The role requires a skilled with a strong engineering background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a working knowledge of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) .

The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with government bodies, universities, research institutions, industry partners, and corporate clients while driving new business opportunities and ensuring successful delivery of programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate should understand the growing importance of IKS in education, research, innovation, technology, sustainability, and interdisciplinary learning,



as promoted by the Ministry of Educations IKS Division.

Key Responsibilities

Client Stakeholder Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and institutional partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, government organizations, research centers, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client reviews, presentations, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Manage escalations and resolve client concerns effectively.

Program Management

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of programs, projects, workshops, research initiatives, and partnership activities.
