- Minimum 2 yrs of experience is required
- Must have IT experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on client handling.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
- Understand the requirements as regards the job profile and specifications of the company.
- Evaluate candidate skills, understanding of different Technologies and key responsibility areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in interactions with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Negotiate salary and manage candidates compensation expectations.
- Identify current methods with the approach for sourcing candidates and generating new leads.
- Should contain a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
